Policies

Return/Refund Policy

No refunds, no exchanges.

*Once your order has been confirmed, refunds are only available if the error was on the part of the company.

If you:

order the wrong size
description
approve the mock and change your mind
order wrong quantity
have paid your non-refundable deposit

that is on the part of the customer and the company does not assume the cost of those decisions.

Rush Policy

Sometimes we plan late, it happens, if we are able to accommodate your timeline, a rush fee will be applied. This fee is based on the service requested and the desired due date.

Booking Policy

Your retainer is non refundable and no items will be provided to you if you chose to cancel.
You may reschedule your event once, without an additional charge, on dates we have available.
In most cases, your final payment is due no later than 7 days before your event.
